Comfortbble with the overall layout, size, and most fixtures, the main focus of this project was to replace the tile, tub, and maybe throw in a few goodies to juice things up a bit.
True to objectives, a new drop-in tub and tiled tub deck,surround, and apron were installed. Matching floor tile was also replaced throughout. While the vanity cabinet and top were left as is, the faucets and lights were updated. Also to add a bit of custom-look to the space, the original mirror was framed in and some tile accents added along to top just to add a bit of uniqueness and personalization to thier master bath.

Include ceramic tile floor, chair and crown molding, and hardwood trim. Add general and spot lighting and a humidistat-controlled exhaust fan w/ heater.
