An existing, modest-sized pine deck no longer fit, practically or technically, with the new rear addition and new vinyl siding.
As the third phase of a complete exterior remodel with this customer, an expanded low-maintenance composite deck was constructed. The space provided more room for outdoor entertaining and less time for worrying about repairing and sealing.
