Multi-use Deck - Short Pump

Project Objective:

Simply filling the space between the new screened porch and the garage wall was of course a bit too simple.  The design had to support a large outdoor table, exiting to the yard, exiting to a future walkway towards the side of the house, and exiting towards a future outdoor kitchen area.

Scope of Work:

The deck was extended well past the outer edges of both the garage and porch, allowing for steps to be constructed on each side for appropriate egress.  A clipped corner was introduced for some visual appeal that also narrowed and focused traffic to a narrower section at the very end of the deck towards the future food-prep area.
