Kitchen Remodels

Project Objective: Very small cape cod style homes often have very small galley kitchens, and this was no exception. In fact, this 8x11 space also served as the utility room containing both the electrical panel and the laundry appliances. With no practical or cost-effective way to expand, the main goals…
Project Objective: Possessing all builder-quality cabinetry and appliances, it was certainly time for a product update throughout.  The general layout of the kitchen was fine and suited the small family lifestyle. However, the space lacked a touch of style and pizzazz.  The goal was to maintain the open, light color…
Project Objective: The existing 12’ X 12’ peninsula-based kitchen presented quite a challenge for a growing amount of activity in both everyday family life and entertaining friends and colleagues. Neither the style nor the size of the current kitchen was sufficient for the homeowner’s needs. Based on family and entertaining…
Project Objective: Generally content with the layout and overall usability of the kitchen, the homeowners were mainly thinking of updating some of the products and staying within a reasonable budget.
Project Objective: In addition to updating all the kitchen products, the customer requested that the peninsula-based design that created an unnecessary barrier between the kitchen and eat-in area be addressed in the overall space planning.
Project Objective: The objective of this remodel was to create a modern look using as much of the original components as possible.  One aspect that did need to be addressed, however, was the long partition wall that created a distinct barrier between the kitchen and living space.
Project Objective: Just one room of an entire renovation of an 1895 farmhouse, the goal was to introduce modern products into the space (not necessarily "period" components) and to better utilize the laundry closet and eating peninsula.
Project Objective: Possessing all the orignal cabinets and appliances from the 1970's, it was certainly time for a product update throughout.  However, the wall between the kitchen and dining room presented an unnecessary division of space.  The goal was to consolidate the two rooms into a more unified space .
Project Objective: The strategic plans for this customer include an attached garage / mud room / kitchen addition. Having just purchased this home, the strategic plan was not in the cards, so a freshen it up approach was requested.
Project Objective: A very small footprint and some quirky angles and walls made for a challenging objective of creating a functional kitchen.
