The strategic plans for this customer include an attached garage / mud room / kitchen addition. Having just purchased this home, the strategic plan was not in the cards, so a freshen it up approach was requested.
Thus, the kitchen received a bit of a tactical facelift with all new appliances (that could be relocated to a future kitchen), granite countertops, and painted cabinets...a very prudent decision that produced a fresh look without breaking the bank.
