Scope of Work:
A screened room was almost a bare necessity for outdoor entertaining in the nicely wooded, but rather buggy property. A nicely sized 12 x 20 screened room with an adjacent 12 x 8 deck for grilling suited the space and functional requirements perfectly. Combining both PVC and stained wood products on the exterior surfaces provided a nice tie-in to the existing all-white structure, but adding some needed visual contrast with the stained decking and top drink rail.
