Friendly Front Porch - Short Pump
The lively neighborhood filled with children playing in front yards was awesome...provided you could see your children playing!. The small entry stoop provided no means for participating in neighborly activities. A nice, large "friendly" front porch was most certainly in order.
Statement Porch - West End
Providing some much needed protection from the afternoon sun was the main objective in this project. However, a standard (in both material and design) was not what the homeowner was looking for. Instead, a porch that created a distinct statement was the far better solution in this situation.
Saltbox Transformation - Short Pump
The home was built in the late 1980's and had not undergone any modernization to its interior or exterior. It's New England, saltbox architecture was unique to the area, but left a lot to desire from an overall curb appeal, certainly compared to the adjacent homes in the neighborhood. The well-established neighborhood that it resides in combined with a multi-phase, multi-year complete renovation made the house a modern marvel and an attractive proposition for any future purchaser. Deep Run Renovations was engaged to undertake all facets of the transformation.
Front Porch - Short Pump
The goal of this project was to introduce some curb appeal to an otherwise bland front facade.
