Project The customers wanted to dramatically extend the living space in their home. They plan on retiring on this lot and thus handicap accessible and friendly hallways and doorways were a must.
Work Completed This designed addition added 1,800 square feet of living space to the original 800 square feet home. A second floor patio gave the couple a relaxing area to enjoy a view of their backyard pool.
The second floor elevation design allowed the customers to live in their home, undisturbed during demolitiion and construction. Although the entire roof was removed, the existing ceiling was preserved to almost completely negate disruption during the 6-month construction.
