An oversized screened porch by most standards, this structure was actually built with the intent of future enclosure. Footers were installed around entire perimeter and rafter spaces pre-insulated to minimize re-work and added costs down the road. The interior was finished with rough-cut, grooved paneling behind 4X6 cedar beams. The customer has since added a hot tub and fire pit for a complete outdoor haven.
