Project Objective: Navigating steps to a second-floor bedroom and bathroom are a less than ideal scenario for any of us as we get into our golden years.  Simply stated, the goal of this project was to create a first-floor master suite.
< Project Objective: Needing just a little more space and some privacy for a home office, the rear corner of the existing house provided a nice "fit" for such a space.
Project Objective: The eat-in kitchen design typical of homes built only 10-15 years ago was simply not spacious enough for comfotable food preparation, eating, and entertaining.   The homeowner needed more room!
Project Objective: Plain and simple, the homeowner had two small extensions to his house that had suffered severe water damage and needed repair. The goal was to not only renovate them, but keep them in the same style as the house.
Project Objective: A desire for more living space was the overwhelming impetus for this project. The customer wanted to maximze the buildable space on their property to achieve the most spacious living area possible....still balanced of course with overall costs.
