Scope of Work:
The addition was equipped with a large, ADA-compliant master bathroom and walk-in closet. Located right off the corner of the family room and nearby kitchen, all the amenities needed for basic living were only a short commute away.

Project Objective:
Navigating steps to a second-floor bedroom and bathroom are a less than ideal scenario for any of us as we get into our golden years. Simply stated, the goal of this project was to create a first-floor master suite.
