Needing just a little more space and some privacy for a home office, the rear corner of the existing house provided a nice "fit" for such a space.

A desire for more living space was the overwhelming impetus for this project. The customer wanted to maximze the buildable space on their property to achieve the most spacious living area possible....still balanced of course with overall costs.

Feeling a bit undersized for a growing family of five, the customers opted for a first-floor master suite addition that provided them with some privacy from their growing children and some much needed added space for their own possessions.
