A desire for more living space was the overwhelming impetus for this project. The customer wanted to maximze the buildable space on their property to achieve the most spacious living area possible....still balanced of course with overall costs.

Having purchased an older home, the customers found themselves in a cramped kitchen and small bedrooms. As the first stage of a multi-year project, the goal of this project was to create 2 separate additions with conditioned, living spaces that could later be converted into a 2nd floor master bedroom and a 1st floor kitchen.
