Two Additions - U of R

Project Objective:

Having purchased an older home, the customers found themselves in a cramped kitchen and small bedrooms. As the first stage of a multi-year project, the goal of this project was to create 2 separate additions with conditioned, living spaces that could later be converted into a 2nd floor master bedroom and a 1st floor kitchen.

Scope of Work:

Keeping in mind that more work would follow in the years to come, the more expensive brick siding and slate roofing products were bypassed for the more budget-friendly GAF Slateline roofing product and Alcoa vinyl siding.
