Bathroom Renovations

Project Objective:

This bathroom possessed a modest footprint and layout, but the shower and storage space were a bit undersized for the homeowners. One of the early observations in the design phase was how much space the existing vanity/dressing area took up in the bathroom. By removing that from the room, we were able to reclaim some extra floor space for a larger shower and cabinetry for additional storage. A new double vanity was installed beneath the exterior window with a tall linen cabinet for additional storage on one end. The soaking tub was already in a nice alcove and only required some product upgrades. In the end, the bathroom was given a much more modern look while also solving the space issues!
