Sunroom Addition in Glen Allen, VA

Project Objective:

The challenge of this renovation project was to design an all-season living space that would replace the large, seldom-used elevated brick patio. The patio was over an unfinished basement with moisture problems. By extending the addition out further, the moisture issues were solved and the end result was a stylish sunroom with lots of windows and loaded with custom interior trim.
